What should I expect at my appointment?
At The House of Selah expect a clean and sanitized environment with a fresh aroma. Take a moment to indulge in the complimentary beverages and snacks we offer to you for being our client. We provide 1b braiding hair and Colored braiding hair for all of our braiding extension services. At the current moment we do not offer shampoo or blow-drying services so please come shampooed and blow-dried to your appointment until further notice.
What is your late policy?
We want to make sure that each guest receives a full and uninterrupted experience. Please arrive on time. There is a 15 minute grace period. After our 10 minute courtesy your appointment will be cancelled. No call-No shows will result in a permanent restriction from scheduling with us again.
How much is the non-refundable deposit?
A non-refundable deposit of 30.00$ is required to secure your appointment. This deposit goes towards your remaining balance. Appointment inquires without a deposit will not be held.
What is your guest policy?
To maintain an intimate and relaxing atmosphere at The House of Selah , any additional guests or children are not permitted at your appointment. All appointments are one-on-one and exclusive to you only, so that you can unwind and be pampered in peace.
What form of payments do you accept?
We accept Cash payments. We also accept Credit Card, Debit Card and Apple Pay payments at your appointment. Please note that there will be a surcharge for using a card at your appointment.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please notify us via phone number at least 48 hours in advance to cancel your appointment if you want to avoid cancellation fees.
